The National Professional Qualification for Senior Leadership (cohort 4)
An exciting way to develop leadership. The National Professional Qualification in Senior Leadership (NPQSL) is a course accredited by the Department of Education (DFE).
Our NPQSL course offers the best of both worlds with its online and face to face dimension. The online course comprehensively cover the 6 new NPQ content areas, using the most up to date theory and research. 16 hours of facilitated learning over 4 two week programmes includes opportunity for reflection, research, discussion and networking, but at a time that is convenient for you. This allows greater flexibility than a traditional course.
The online element is blended and complimented by face to face days with our extremely experienced facilitators. These sessions will include coaching, development sessions and a diagnostic 360 online evaluation as well as programme support.
